A Texas high school teacher was caught driving to Virginia trying to allegedly meet up with a 14-year-old girl after he was tracked by agents posing as a minor.  David Ortiz, 32, was arrested by undercover detectives with Fairfax County's Child Exploitation Unit on Friday, after traveling over 1,500 miles across the country.  The band teacher was snared as part of a sweeping crackdown on child predators by the unit that has led to 10 other arrests since December 18.
